🏝️ Learning more about the Holiday status

At Rolle, we don’t want to bother you if you’ve been away for a while, enjoying your holidays. That’s why we might apply a “Holiday” status to your account if you haven’t signed in for a long time (let’s say, 60 days or more) 🏝️.

When your account is on Holiday mode, your items won’t be visible to other users and will be marked as “Temporary unavailable”.

A day before we apply the Holiday status and/or remove any of your items, we’ll send you an email to let you know.

This email will give you a heads up about the upcoming changes to your account and/or listed items and give you the chance to reject the changes (as long as you’re not breaking any of our terms) by signing in to Rolle’s platform.

If you don’t reject the changes within the notification period, we’ll assume you’re okay with the changes to your account status and/or removal of listed item(s) 😎.
