What is not covered by the NoOops by Rolle protection plan?

The protection plan offers extra coverage for defects—once your warranty offered by Rolle expires—and protection against accidents, from normal handling (drops, spills, and cracked screens).

This means you get full coverage for both unexpected accidents and hardware malfunctions according to the protection plan you’ve chosen to activate: Smart Protection covers both accidents and mechanical issues, while Accidents Protection and Mechanical Protection cover their respective areas.

The plan does not cover theft, loss, intentional damage, normal wear and tear or unauthorized repairs. For full exclusions, see our Terms and Conditions.

You should keep in mind that there’s a service fee for repair claims. After your claim is accepted, you’ll need to pay with a valid credit or debit card before service or reimbursement is provided.
