You can file a claim through your Rolle profile’s Subscriptions page by providing a description of the damage and supporting documents like photos or receipts.
We will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) with the best solution for you and your device. If your device is eligible for repair, we will create a shipping label, and you will drop off your device at one of our courier partners to be delivered to the Rolle hub and then to one of our repair partners.
If they determine that the device cannot be repaired for any reason, you’ll receive a payment for the value of the device, minus the 24% VAT of the Buyer Protection fee, or a replacement device. Replacements or refunds are only provided if repairs are not possible. If your device can be fixed, Rolle will proceed with repairs.
