🔋Understanding Battery Health Differences

Last updated Dec 6, 2024

At Rolle, we take pride in providing transparent and accurate information about the devices on our marketplace. One of the key factors buyers pay close attention to is battery health—a crucial metric for understanding a device’s overall condition, especially for iPhones.

Although we ensure that all devices already in the Rolle hub are verified and updated at the time they are listed, you should know that battery health is not static for devices that are not yet in the Rolle hub and are not available for Instant Buy. Their owners may have posted their listing on the Rolle marketplace but might continue to use the device, so it may change slightly over time until it finds a new owner.

But even devices that are in the Rolle hub, as they are being tested, charged, and stored until a buyer is found, may show a very small difference.

A Minor Difference

In some cases, you might notice up to a 2% difference in battery health from when the listing was created to when the device is delivered. This slight variance is extremely rare but can happen naturally and is considered normal and acceptable. Rest assured, this small change doesn’t indicate a different condition or doesn’t affect the usability of lifespan of the device.

Our Promise

Your satisfaction is our priority. While minor fluctuations in battery health are unavoidable, we stand by our detailed listings and our strict grading standards and comprehensive grading process to ensure you receive a device that meets or exceeds your expectations.

Thank you for trusting Rolle for your pre-loved tech needs! ✌🏾
