👤 I cannot access my account

If you can’t get into your account:
- Give it another go with the same sign-in method you used when you signed up, like Facebook, Google, or Apple ID.
- Make sure you’re attempting to log in on the right website for your area.
If you’ve forgotten your password or didn’t have one in the first place (e.g., when using a Facebook, Google, or Apple ID to log in), you can reset your password and create a new one.
To reset or create a new password:
- Hit Sign in with email
- Pick Forgot your password?
- Type your email address, then hit Continue
- Open our email and copy the Change password code
- Head back to Rolle’s website and paste the code. You can then make a new password and regain access to your account.
Remember to check your spam folder to make sure our email didn’t end up there.
If you can’t get into the email you signed up with or don’t get the password reset email, get in touch with our support team.
If you still can’t log in, your account may be on hold:
- You may have to show proof of identity.
- We may have to verify your phone number.
- Your account may be blocked. We’ll always let you know if you’ve been blocked and what you can do next.
