If you change your mind, you can resell the device by posting a new listing on the Rolle marketplace without any additional service charges within 14 days.

Once you make an order request, it can’t be canceled. This keeps things real, reliable, and trustworthy for everyone in the Rolle marketplace. The only exception is for an Instant Buy listing that hasn’t been shipped yet, which you can still cancel after making your purchase. In this case, you’ll contact our support team and get a partial refund according to our Buyer Refund Policy.
